Sally Bustin, respiratory clinical nurse specialist/Trainee ACP, is the COPD lead for the adult integrated respiratory (AIR) team in East Berkshire. Sally has 7 years’ experience of working within COPD in an integrated respiratory service which rotates between acute and community care providing admission avoidance and supportive discharge care, including virtual ward provision and runs specialised clinics for COPD optimisation and suitability for lung volume reduction surgery options and non-ILD related lung transplants. Sally is involved in regional health initiatives to
improve COPD care and is passionate about people with COPD getting the right care at the right time and in the right place.
