| Biography |
I am a registered mental health nurse with over a decade of experience in mental health care. My career thus far has provided me with diverse experiences; dementia Care, acute inpatient Care, community mental health nursing, post graduate training in CBT and working as a mental health Practitioner where I delivered assessments and a range of interventions for mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
I have had the privilege of serving in the Army Reserves as a mental health professional and being a fellow with the Florence Nightingale Foundation.
Driven by a passion for sharing knowledge, I founded Stand Tall. This initiative offers male-specific well-being courses and gym sessions, catering to the brothers, fathers, and sons in my local community.
