Biography |
I started my career in Dermatology 19 years ago. After working in medical and emergency roles, I was drawn back to Dermatology, working in Primary and secondary care covering inpatients, nurse -led clinics for cellulitis, acne, eczema and the lead-nurse for the vulval clinic. A house move forced a speciality change to rheumatology, which led to a clinical research post and the opportunity to work in general practice. Five years on, I’m still enjoying the challenges of primary care and share my time between clinical practice, advanced practice supervision and education. My passions are red legs, inflammatory disease and ensuring all learners receive good quality clinical supervision.
