Module Summary

Angina is one of the most recognisable symptoms of coronary artery disease (CAD). Cardiovascular diseases are responsible for at least a quarter of all deaths in the UK, and practice nurses need to have a good working knowledge of the symptoms and management of CAD in particular.1
